This disk contains the following files:

README.TXT   = This file you are reading.
LISTFILE.EXE = The ListFile program executable file.
LISTFILE.HLP = The help file for program ListFile.
LISTFILE.TXT = Program documentation for ListFile.
LISTFILE.ZIP = An archive containing all of the above files.

Quick install instructions:

Create a directory on your hard disk to hold ListFile or use
an existing directory. The directory you use should be on your
path in the autoexec.bat file.

Copy LISTFILE.EXE and LISTFILE.HLP to the directory you just created.

You are done! ListFile will create a file called LISTFILE.CFG in its
directory the first time you use it. If you use the envelope function
it will also create a file called LISTFILE.DAT in the same directory.

You can start the program by typing LISTFILE and hitting
the enter key. You might start by selecting (F)ile, (P)rint from the
menu and then print the LISTFILE.TXT on the floppy disk. There is a
hypertext help system available by hitting F1 or selecting (H)elp from
the menu.

ListFile 4.0 is a shareware program, as such you must pay the registration
fee if you use it. When you pay the fee, you will be sent a copy of the
program that contains any enhancements and does not have the NAG screen
at the end. You are free to distribute this shareware version to others
provided you do not charge more than a small fee to cover cost of media
and include all files on the original shareware disk.
